Welcome to MindMatch Learning LLC (“Company”). By purchasing, downloading, or interacting with our digital assets, or deploying our custom database framework code and user interfaces, you explicitly agree to comply with these Terms of Use.
1. Intellectual property & proprietary rights
- Foundational IP: all software architecture schemas, visual layout blueprints, column systems, text-to-speech scaffolding scripts, and appendix technical code structures are the exclusive intellectual property of MindMatch Learning LLC.
- No reverse engineering: you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to execute this training engine. You may not copy, extract, re-bundle, or reverse-engineer our proprietary database structures to distribute competing software.
2. Retail product license
- Digital Access Passport: every classroom curriculum bundle or module block purchased via Teachers Pay Teachers grants a single user-lifetime classroom license.
- Use restrictions: the download is tied to your individual classroom profile or clinical pod. You may print and share physical guides internally, but you may not duplicate or electronically forward raw access passports or payload QR graphics to unauthorized third parties.
3. Account protection & authentication
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their profile login credentials and 2FA tokens. Accessing or attempting to link corporate business databases or personal processing profiles without explicit authorization is strictly forbidden.
4. Limitation of liability
- MindMatch Learning LLC provides educational tools, structured data frameworks, and baseline stimulus analytics. While our frameworks align with evidence-backed behavioral principles, the platform is not a replacement for professional clinical intervention or official medical treatment diagnostics.
5. Jurisdiction
- These terms are governed and construed under the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action or dispute arising under this agreement must be filed in the courts of St. Petersburg, Florida.
