MindMatch Learning LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of educators, clinicians, parents, and students using our platform, including our Teachers Pay Teachers digital products, software framework, and data collection structures.
1. Information we collect
- User-provided account information: when you create a profile, download an Access Passport, or communicate with us, we collect names, email addresses, business configurations, and payment data routed through secure third-party gateways (e.g. Stripe).
- Trainee performance metrics: our software records response latencies, error frequencies, prompt levels deployed, and mastery criteria scores exclusively to track individual student progress logs.
- Generalization probe media: photos or videos explicitly uploaded by an authorized instructor to verify real-world student execution are captured under strict access-controlled bucket logic.
2. Data protection & separation
- Row-Level Security: all analytical, profile, and stimulus strings are locked down with strict row-level security so there is no cross-tenant leakage or exposure.
- HIPAA & FERPA compliance: MindMatch Learning operates as a data processor for school districts and clinical entities. Student records, behavior tracking data, and therapeutic media are kept confidential and are never shared, sold, or used for commercial marketing.
3. Third-party data handling
- Secure managed database and private storage buckets for relational records and assets.
- Stripe: direct processing of billing information and enterprise license webhooks.
